| Isaac Botbol is an Organizational Development Consultant providing Leadership and Development Skills in both, English and in Spanish. Since 1989, he has worked nationally and internationally with a wide variety of organizations such as: AT&T, The Quaker Oats Company, The Texas Workforce Commission, Sara Lee Foods and others. Mr. Botbol is dedicated to improving the Communication and Leadership Skills of Hispanics in the workplace. For the last 18 years, he has worked extensively with non-English speaking Hispanic employees and he has designed various learning products that are specifically designed for their special communication needs.
He is the author of "Survival English for Hispanics in the Workplace." This is a self-paced training program which teaches the specific English words, sentences and dialogue of the workplace. In this learning program, non-English speaking Hispanics can learn how to communicate in English by learning the “workplace dialogue”.
Mr. Botbol has also designed a training program called “Workplace Spanish for Managers and Team Leaders”. This training program focuses on the workplace Spanish vocabulary in order to communicate effectively with non-English speaking Hispanics in the workplace.
Studies have shown that communication errors in the workplace can be costly. Improved communications leads to improved performance and contributes to the company’s bottom line. Stronger communication skills also help to bridge the cultural gap in the workplace.
